Richard Aschieris
  As the Chief Executive Officer of the Port of Stockton, Richard Aschieris directs and supervises all areas of the Port operations and also makes recommendations to the Port Commission as to policy and Port development. In addition, he also acts as the Port's representative for various local, regional and National port-related organizations.

Overall responsibility for the Property Management, Accounting, Information Systems, Purchasing and General Services Departments as well as the Commercial Exchange Club.  Advisor for the Port Director on broad policy issues as they relate to financial matters. Invests the Port's available cash and obtains financing for purchases of equipment and construction of operating facilities.
   
Deputy Port Director of Trade & Operations
Mark C. Tollini
Mark Tollini's responsibilities include the development and preservation of Port business with general oversight responsibilities for the Marketing and Public Relations, Terminal, Warehouse, and Port Police Departments.
   
Deputy Port Director of Properties and Environmental
Jeff Kaspar

Jeff Kaspar directs the Port's property management and strategic planning activities through analysis of the best use of Port land, facilities and capital resources.  He has oversight responsibilities for the Port's environmental planning, compliance and permit programs, facilities development, property management, maintenance and construction programs, engineering consultant contracts and special projects.
   
Director of Facilities Maintenance & Construction
Gary Gentry

Gary Gentry's principal responsibilities include supervision of maintenance and repair of all Port owned structures, facilities, streets, automotive and field equipment and utility systems. He supervises all construction projects. He also works with the Property Management Division in response to the needs of Port tenants and works with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on dredging and levee maintenance.
   
Marketing Director
William (Bill) Lewicki

 

As the Marketing Director, Mr. Lewicki brings to the Port more than 30 years of experience in marketing management. His current workload includes Port related opportunities in marketing and the development of logistic distribution centers as well as a focused growth program of the Ports Agra-Business into an international gateway to Asia.
   
Traffic Division Manager
Leonard Fabor

As Manager of the Traffic Division, 'Lenny" publishes the Port tariffs, provides cost analyses of operations to determine proper rate levels and prepares rate proposals for customers. He maintains close liaison with the Port Marketing, Property Management and Accounting Departments. He coordinates activities on behalf of carriers and shippers who utilize the Port services. 
   
Human Resources Manager
Christeen Ferree
Christeen Ferree has the responsibility to insure that employment at the Port is managed in accordance with Port policy and within regulatory guidelines. Maintaining job descriptions, instituting guidelines for employee evaluation and administration of benefits, office policy, procedures and guidelines, equal opportunity compliance and administration of Workers Compensation.
   
Information Technology Manager

Jim implements and manages all the computer needs for the Port. Responsible for a State-of-the-Art Information Technology Department with a solid network infrastructure that includes multiple Servers, an IBM AS400 iSeries, and Fiber Optics for the backbone. Other responsibilities include development and maintenance of E-mail Server, Video Server, Security Server, Web Server, a multiple award winning Internet Web Site that includes online Annual Reports, Marketing Videos, live cameras and live weather stations feeding to the Internet.

The Port of Stockton has its own sworn Police Department made up of highly trained and professional officers. The Port Police patrol around the clock (24x7), 24/7 camera surveillance, and are complemented by trained police dogs.
