Annual Comprehensive Financial Report Archive

Local governments are required to produce and distribute an Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) annually to conform with generally accepted accounting standards established by the Government Accounting Standards Board. The ACFR is a thorough and detailed presentation of the Stockton Port District’s financial condition, with financial activity for a fiscal year and its end-of-the-year financial position.

Budget Report Archive

The Stockton Port District budget is General Fund. The General Fund is for most day-to-day operations and accounts for most all financial resources, except for grant activities. The Stockton Port District’s reserve policy calls for the Port to maintain an operating reserve of 360 days of “cash on hand”, based on a 360 day year. The Port achieves this by utilizing the annual budget and controlling discretionary costs throughout the fiscal year.
